Peace and purpose, made practical.

We help people survive and thrive through the AI-driven disruption by teaching two timeless, future-ready skills: conflict resolution and impact-driven micro-entrepreneurship.

We build with human nature, not against it.

Three core needs, aligned.

01

Purpose

People want to feel useful and part of something larger than themselves.

02

Peace

They need real tools to deal with personal, social, and inner conflict.

03

Profit

They need a sustainable way to support themselves and their families.

When these three align, people become resilient, creative, and capable of solving real problems in their own community — we give them the structure to do it.

It started with nothing.

I grew up in foster care — eight homes before I was grown. When you move through that many places with nothing that's truly yours, you learn two things fast: how quickly a life can come apart, and how much it means when someone chooses to give you a chance anyway. People did. Systems did. I never forgot it.

By eighteen, I was already trying to pay it back — advocating for foster youth and helping change national policy for the kids still inside the system I had just left.

Then I was forged.

I went to serve. I became an Army infantry officer — Ranger qualified, reconnaissance-trained, and later a military intelligence officer. I led hundreds of people in some of the highest-stakes environments that exist, in combat and in civilian operations alike.

That's where conflict stopped being a word on a page. I learned how it actually starts, how it escalates, and what it truly takes to pull people back from the edge of it — not in theory, but under pressure, with real consequences on the line. Operational mastery and intelligence mastery, earned the hard way.

Alongside the uniform, I kept building: two master's degrees from Johns Hopkins, a PMP certification, and a foundation in engineering from a technical background. I've spent my life learning how to read a situation, make the call, and move.

Then the mission clarified.

I'd spent my whole life on the sharp end of conflict — surviving it as a kid, managing it as an officer. And I realized I didn't want to only resolve conflict anymore. I wanted to build the thing that prevents it: opportunity.

Because conflict grows where people have no path — no livelihood, no agency, no way up. Give people a real path forward, and you don't just settle disputes. You stop them from starting.

So I built the chance I was given — for everyone.

That's what PeaceBuilder Academy is. It's the opportunity I was handed, rebuilt as a system and given to anyone who wants it. Every framework, every workbook, every piece of knowledge I have — free, forever, no gate. I believe conflict-resolution and impact-entrepreneurship education should belong to everyone, not only the people who can afford it.

For those who want to move faster, StrideOS is the execution engine — AI-assisted sprints and real human guidance that turn a plan into motion. That's the part I charge for, and it funds the free layer for everyone else. The paying user funds the person who has nothing. That's the model, and that's the entire point.

I was given an opportunity when I had none. Now I build opportunities for the world.

That's the debt I'm paying — and I intend to pay it forever.
